This class is a workshop model. You will be led through how to:
- Identify the underlying cause of your baby's sleep difficulties through an interactive checklist
- Set yourself up for sleep success through schedules, routines, feedings, etc.
- Create a customized sleep plan for your goals, comfort level, and baby's temperament. You will be taught how to respond to wake ups in a way that provides comfort and shows your baby how to put themselves back to sleep, as well as how to teach your little one to go to sleep independently at bedtime.
